How can I set up Schedule Alerts for free?

Communication tools are available with any level account - even free ROOKIE accounts and free trial accounts. There are no additional fees for communicating via text or email.

You can try out the communication features for free during a 30-day trial of a HomeTeamsONLINE website. After the Trial, you can continue as a free ROOKIE account and still have access to communication features. If you choose to let your account expire, all the information is preserved if you decide to come back at a later time.

Is it difficult to send Schedule Alerts?

Sending Schedule Alerts couldn't be easier.

Login to your HomeTeamsONLINE site on a computer or mobile device and access the Message Center to quickly communicate to everyone in your sports program.
Click on any Game or Event on the Schedule & Results Page and click the button on the top right 'send schedule update' to send out the details of the game to everyone involved.

What are the communication fees?

The only cost is the cost of your annual subscription fee for a HomeTeamsONLINE website. You can view plans and pricing here.

Texts and emails are sent out without any additional fees.

Note that the system was designed for team and league communication. For this reason there is a limit of 600/day or 3000/month to prevent abuse.

How many Players or Staff can I communicate with?

You can have any number players and/or staff to communicate with.

Rookie accounts are free for teams and leagues up to 4 teams. There is no cost if you wish to maintain an account for communication and the other basic Rookie features.

Note that there will be a small fee for additional teams if you wish to maintain a Rookie league for 5 or more teams. Check out the pricing page for more details.
