The Transcona Railer Express Jr Hockey club offers its condolences to the Penner family 

Martin Penner, a long time member of the Transcona Railers, was passed on Monday, May 26, 2020 at 82 years old. Thank you for the many years of giving and support, keeping junior hockey alive, giving players in our community a place to play, and managing the Railers. Rest In Peace.
