2024 Eureka B Team Registration Guidance

Eureka Hockey Club is gearing up for the 2024 B Team Season!  An informational meeting is coming up to discuss the details:

When: February 22, 6:30 pm

Where:The River Church

             215 N Central Ave.

             Eureka, MO 63025 

 

Practices will be every Monday beginning March 4 through May 13 at MUHC. The first practice on March 4 will be 4:50-5:50, and the rest will be 8:40-9:40. Games are typically played on weekends starting in April and runnig through June.  Students with birth years 2008, 2009 and 2010 are eligible to play B League. No 6 th or 11th graders can be rostered regardless of their birth year.  This is a development league so players at the elite level (CS major, Junior Blues, Etc) are not permitted on the B Team.

 

 

REGISTRATION

The numbered guidance below will walk you through the steps to complete your B Team registration for this season. Fees for this season will be $525 or $225 for players currently on Varsity. $100 is due at registration and the remaining fees will be spread out through the season.  

 

FORMS THAT NEED TO COMPLETED BY ALL B TEAM PLAYERS/PARENTS TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION (unless specifically stated, all forms must be completed for the 2024 season, even if one was cpmpleted last year):

 

1. Registration Form - To submit your registration form, click on the registration tab at the top of our Eureka Hockey Club home page, complete the form, and click submit. You must fill out one form per player if you have more than one player interested in playing from your family. (eurekahockeyclub.com). 

 

2. Code of Conduct - signed by each player & parent (all signatures on one form).

2. Mid-States Emergency Consent Form - completed and signed by parent.

3. Renewed USA Hockey IMR# when you (re)register for the 2024 season

4. Birth Certificate - just a copy and ONLY if new to the club this year

 

5. Mid-States Hockey (Re) Registration for 2024 season - There is no cost for this registration.  You will need your USA Hockey IMR# to complete Mid-States registration. Towards the middle of the Mid-States homepage is a link for registration

SUBMITTING THE ABOVE PAPERWORK:

  • Website completed registration forms will be automatically sent to the Registrar (no action needed on your part)  
  • Code of Conduct, Emergency Consent, Safesport certificate, Birth Certificate, and USA Hockey IMR#, and proof of Mid-States registration (certificate  screenshot...)  need to be submitted by one of the following methods:
    • Scan and save as .pdf or .doc and email to kal1978j@yahoo.com
    • Take a picture of them with phone and email them to kal1978j@yahoo.com
    • Print a hardcopy of them and bring them to the upcoming B Team parent meeting
  • Any documents sent DIGITALLY to the Registrar will receive a confirmation of receipt back from Kelley.  If you don't receive delivery confirmation in 24 hours, resend or call Kelley to ensure there isn't a communication issue.
