The Railer Express made the trek across town to face the league leading St. James Canucks in the newly renovated Ab McDonald Arena. Express gave up two goals in the first, battled back exchanging goals in the second. Michael Todoruk scored his 5th of the season on the powerplay with a nifty deflection off a point shot from Mattie Boonstra. Kaden Bruchanski picked up the second assist on the loan Express goal. Both teams were held scores in the third. Justin Powers was outstanding in the Express net making 36 stops. The Express put the pressure on in the 3rd, outshooting the Canucks 15 to 7, but couldn't find the back of the net.
Next home game for the Express is Sunday, November 13th with puck drop at 2:00 pm.
