Season Underway!!!!!

The 2014 MCBL season is off and running.   Despite the heavy rain on Tuesday and the intermittment rain all over the metro area on Wednesday, teams were able to get in 2 of the 3 scheduled games.

The BCC Big Train Stars traveled to face the two-time defending Baltimore Chop at Joe Cannon Stadium.  The Stars may have "announced their presence with authority" as they held the Chop in check and earned a 6-1 victory.  Thus, on opening day the Chop matched their number of 2013 regular season loses.

In the other game, last year's tournament runner-up Dig-In Baseball beat the always tough Maryland Red Dogs 5-2.
