Each year it seems current or former MCBL players are drafted by the pros and this year is no exception.
At the recent Major League Baseball draft, the following former MCBL players were drafted or signed as free agents:

Phil Morse (Gaithersburg Giants)
Drafted by Washington Nationals in 16th round
Connor Myers (Diamond Pros)
Drafted by Chicago Cubs in 27th round
Jake Noll (KOA Green Wave)
Drafted by Washington Nationals in the 7th round
Stephen Ridings (Baltimore Chop)
Drafted by Seattle Mariners in 29th round
