Today we start our "Top 5 Preseason Watch List" Series. We look at who we think just might perform the best at their position at the High School level in 2019. Of course, there is some subjectivity involved but we derive our choices from what we've seen with our own eyes and read in our own scouting reports. We will procrastinate on MVP, Hitter of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, 2-Way Player of the Year, Catcher, Infield, and Outfield.
