Club News: The Hockey Club has donated a "Trivia Night Table of 10" to EHS Taste of the Town silent auction being held tonight at the high school. It is to be sold to non-club members for our event on January 28, 2012. Please, all existing club members, their immediate families and relatives are not eligible to win.
Club News: Varsity and JVC league schedules are posted on the Mid States website. They will be entered to our website in the days to follow. Developmental is still pending.
Club News: Keep your eyes open for a possible practice game added for Sunday at Queeny for either JVD or JVC. At this point it is NOT confirmed...it is tentative. Should know later today.

JVD News: Mid-States Club Hockey Association has once again invited Eureka to participate in a very special game against the Gateway Locomotives. The Locomotives are members of the American Special Hockey Association and typically travel great lengths to participate in games.

JVD News: The Lafayette tournament director confirmed that our registration was received and our JVD team is IN. No schedule yet though, other than that it will be held September 16-19, 2011 at the Lindenwood Ice Arena in Wentzville with four games guaranteed.
Parade Summary: Great turnout, thanks for your participation. Check the website in the next few days for an article and some pictures for your reading/viewing pleasure.

Fundraising Gold - NFL Football Raffle: We are coming down the home
stretch. Each family has received email updates of our progress
directly from the company. Chuck was able to extend our deadline for
paper ticket sales until Tuesday, September 6th. See website for

Float Update: Work Duty will be Tuesday, 8/30, 7:00 PM at the Sutter
property. See website for address and directions.
Reminder, throwing of candy along the parade route will result in
disqualification from float judging. This happened to us last year.
There will be a considerable amount of effort going in to this project,
please do not ruin it with a poor decision. Bring your bag of candy
with you on the day of the parade. Dress code pending.

League Fees: We are still missing the first league payment from several
of you. Please, the Eureka Hockey Club has to pay its bills on time, it
is only fair that we ask the same of you. Do not send this check with
your player to practice. Mail it to Kim Wamboldt. If the player is not

Parade Update: As you know, we are in the Eureka Days Parade on
September 10. Thanks to those of you that are able to help. Trisha
will be in touch with work dates and assignments. Please stay tuned.

Here we go, hockey season is upon us. This is the first installment in
a series of weekly emails to be delivered every Monday. Not every,
single piece of information will be emailed to you. Checking the
website frequently is your responsibility. Most all of your questions
can be answered there. If you have a specific need or concern, let me
know. These emails will then be posted to the Bulletin Board.
Now would be a very good time to add your respective coaches' name(s),
email addresses, phone numbers to your computer, your phone, your smart
phone, your address book...you get the drill.
Reminder, first league fee is due on August 15th, send to Kim Wamboldt,
include player name and payment description in memo line. Posted on the
website under News section Registration/Paperwork.
Parade Update: From: Trisha Yettke. We would like to have a meeting
this Thursday night 7:00PM at our house to discuss ideas. We need
