In order to be able to participate or try-out for the Thomas Dale Knights,

we MUST to have all of your paperwork in order and your fees paid.

 

The forms indicated "required" below must be turned in for your

athlete in order to try out for any level of football. 

There is also an activity fee of $130 that must be paid.
