Policies

Team Dues:  $300 per player for the full year, checks should be made out to Birmingham Thunderbolts, LLC

Travel:  Air and hotel travel are arranged and paid by the organization. Ground transportation is available to players traveling without parents, which most commonly is the case. Players are responsible for cost of meals.

Hotel Rooms for Parents:  Parents are required to pay for their own travel expenses. We will book 20 hotel rooms for every event.  Parents are requested to notify Rocky of the events that you will attend at the beginning of each season. Rocky will coordiante switching one of our rooms into your name. We will release any unclaimed rooms one week before the check in date so that others may use them and we can avoid a penalty. Parents are able to stay anywhere they want; our room reservations are first come, first served.   

Uniforms & Gear:  We have a sponsorship agreement with Mizuno. We provide everything that a player will need except for undergarments..  Jerseys are to be returned at the end of each season. Please pay close attention to the washing instructions listed on the main Bolts website to ensure that our uniforms look as nice as possible. 

Private Lesson with our instructors:  No charge for players on the 18 Premier team, scheduling is done by the player directly with the instructor.
