Varsity/JV Baseball Itinerary

Spring Break Trip 2023

 

 Flight Itinerary- Southwest Airlines:

Monday, March 20th – Flight # WN2482 to Phoenix – Depart @ 10:20 am/Arrive in Phoenix 11:15 am

Sunday, March 26^h – Flight WN978 to Denver – Depart @ 8:25 am/Arrive Denver 11:15 am

 

 

Arrive 2 hours before departure.  Bring Driver’s License, School ID, Passport or Proper Identification.  Coaches/Administrator will be available at the airport assisting with Check in.

Tickets will be issued at the airport, but group seat assignments will already be checked in 24 hours prior to travel.  Two Checked Bags are allowed plus a carry on and personal item.  Please review Southwest polices.

Varsity and JV:  Bring game uniforms

Practices:  Both White/Grey pants, practice t-shirts, lightest jerseys (mesh or CC for scrimmages), sleeves, baseball hat, cleats, equipment, sunscreen, water bottles

Spending Money:  Players need to bring additional money for meals and grocery items for the week.  Breakfast is included at the Embassy Suites.  

Allergies:  Please let us know if any player has a peanut allergy or medical condition.
