Teams have started player registration for fall football 2021.

 

NOTE: We plan to close open enrollment on JUNE 20, 2021 and work on preparation for equipment issue.

 

For Registration the following items are required for

all athletes (7U/8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 14U).

1) Registration form.

2) Consent form.

3) Player/Parent Code of Conduct form.

4) Franklin Pierce Concussion form.

5) Copy of Birth Certificate.

6) Copy of current physical.

7) $267 Registration fee which includes purchase of equipment from Parkland.
