*After Durant staff notified the FHSAA, the state ruled that Plant City had to forfeit the 2019 Saladino Championship game due to a pitch count rule violation of a 16 year old pitcher (J. Wingo, a Junior, who at the time was thought to be 17years old) unintentionally but illegally pitched to the last batter of the game in his complete game 4-1 win over Durant, putting him over his daily limit by a total of 4 pitches. Hillsborough County Athletic Director and Saladino Tournament staff also followed suit and ruled for Plant City players to return their Championship trophies.
