CHERRY CREEK WINTER BASEBALL PROGRAM

The Cherry Creek High School Winter Baseball program will be held at Slammers South Indoor facility on Wednesday afternoons from 2:30 – 4:30 PM and Saturday mornings from 7:00 – 10:00 AM for 13 practice sessions throughout January and February 2024.  The dates reserved are:

 

January 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, and 27

February 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, and 24

 

For those who cannot make the Wednesday because of an 8th-period class, we are adding a 1-hour session on Fridays Jan 12, 19, 26, Feb 2, 9, 16, and 23 from 4:30 - 5:30 pm.

 

The total cost is $800.00 of which ½ must be paid by January 10th, and the remaining ½ due by February 14th. You can pay the entire amount on January 10^th if you choose. You can pay by check or Cheddar Up.  This amount includes instruction from head coach Marc Johnson, with a coach assigned to every cage.  Pitchers will receive pitching instruction and all players will receive hitting and fielding instruction.  Checks for this program should be made out to COLORADO CHINOOKS  BASEBALL, mail to 5740 E Fair Place, Centennial, CO 80111.  Payments can also be made through Cheddar Up on https://www.coloradochinooksbaseballclub.com/ – by clicking on the Winter Workouts located on the top banner, you will see the PAYMENTS WW tab.

 

THIS PROGRAM IS NOT A REQUIREMENT TO PLAY BASEBALL AT CHERRY CREEK HIGH SCHOOL but it is a program that we feel has been highly beneficial for the past several years.

 

I also strongly recommend the Turtle Thomas – Marc Johnson Hitting Camp, Saturday, December 2nd, and Sunday, December 3rd for those interested in intense hitting instruction.  You can register for this camp on Slammersbaseball.com website under camps.
