COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE

COPY OF CURRENT UTILITY BILL (WITH MAILING ADDRESS FROM RECENT MONTH)

COPY OF SCHOOL SCHEDULE (SHOULD CONTAIN NAME, MAILING ADDRESS AND GRADE)

COPY OF DRIVER'S LICENSE (ONE PARENT, MATCHING HOME ADDRESS OF UTILITY BILL)

The tryouts will be closed to ALL spectators. Only board members, coaches and players will be allowed in the gym. No siblings and family members will be allowed in the gym during tryouts.

Please arrive no earlier than 30 min before your scheduled grade tryout.

There will be a 15 min general warm up at the start of each tryout.

The tryout schedule is as follows:
*5th graders can tryout for 6th grade team (there will not be a full 5th grade team)

6th Grade Boys: • Date: October 1- 7:30pm

6th Grade Girls: • Date: October 1- 6:00pm

7th Grade Boys: • Date: September 30- 6:00pm

7th Grade Girls: • Date: October 3- 6:00pm

8th Grade Boys: • Date: September 30- 7:30pm

8th Grade Girls: • Date:  October 3-  7:30pm

[Location] All Tryouts will be held at MCMS Gym. 

If your child makes the team, please plan on a mandatory parent meeting the following week. We will discuss details on the season, collect payments, uniform fitting etc.
